How to get to 200 – Building Your Databank!!
The Database Input spreadsheet created will be your Millionaire Real Estate Agent database (based on teachings from the book MREA). The goal is to have 200 or more in this list with addresses and all contact information at the end of the first week on the Shook Home Group.
1. Spreadsheet will be created and access will be provided to you. You will access it through onboarding week1.
2. Brainstorm JUST names for this list. You may find these names from memory or: Past Clients, Cell Phone contact list, Social Media, Friend & Family, Previous Jobs, Church, Other Social Clubs/Groups
3. Once the names are added, go back through and add any mailing addresses, phone numbers or emails to the list. .
4. Once the list is complete you can gather within the first week of joining the Shook Home Group, you will announce your career move to your sphere list.
***If the sphere list is out of state, that is okay! You can refer friends to some great out of state realtors and get paid a referral fee. Great business model!!***
Each month, the Shook Home Group will provide you with 3 ways to touch your sphere in Brivity
1. Script for phone calls
2. Email content or template
3. Video Email
✔ Your Database will be marketed Brivity and other technology sources
✔ Every quarter there will be a sponsorship event or other event your sphere can be invited to.
✔ Postage is paid up to 30 mailers per month by the team, and the remaining postage will be covered by agent.
✔ The product is provided to you as the agent to work your sphere; however, it is YOU who is responsible for pulling the trigger and pressing the easy button to get it out there.
✔ Sphere should represent a minimum of 25% of your business to start!
✔ After your database of past clients grows, your business should represent a minimum of 50% of your business for the long run.
✔ The more content that you have about the people in your Databank the better the chances and the more opportunities you have to hit the 12:2 ratio conversion.
